Our Chaplains
Chaplain Robin Drummond
Reserve Chaplain
God called me to serve Him almost four years ago after listening to a CD by Lt. Col. Tim Thompson, retired U.S.Army. I knew I would be able to do His will do to life experiences as my father; husband, brothers and sons are or were retired police officers. I love serving with Sierra Law Enforcement bringing comfort, understanding and information to those who are in need. Robin is an ordained minister and has responded faithfully to God’s call to serve Him by comforting those in need.

Chaplain Lloyd Ogan
Consultant/Chaplain
I come to Sierra Chaplaincy with a long history of first responder public service and affiliation. My professional history includes 33 years of service with the Sacramento Fire Department. I promoted through the ranks and retired as the Deputy Fire Chief of Operations. My assignments included, Fire Suppression, Special Operations, EMS, and Training.
My ministerial history started in 1999 when I was ordained as an Elder in my church. In 2002 I joined the Marshall Hospital Chaplaincy as a volunteer chaplain and still serve in that capacity today. In 2016, I assisted in starting the discussion of a Fire Chaplain component within Sierra Chaplaincy. In 2018, I accepted the position of Fire Chaplain. In addition, I also accepted the position of Operations Chaplain. I have a deep passion for our first responders and am honored to serve them. I am also honored to have been on this journey with my beautiful wife Jackie of 34 years! We have two grown children and love spending time with them and friends. We enjoy hiking, biking, traveling, and enjoying all that God has generously given to us.
